Aviation Project Managers was founded in 2007 by Rob MacGregor as a consultancy business. After working as a consultant with several airlines and MRO’s Rob discovered that clients were more interested in Project Management than consultancy.

Small Airlines and MRO’s often lack the Management resources to expand the functionality of their businesses. They are faced with the dilemma of having to source qualified, experienced and competent staff to expand their business, and are only able to offer short term employment.

Listening to his clients, Rob re-targeted his consultancy business and Aviation Project Managers was born in 2010.

Rob’s background is very broad, having started as an Aircraft Engineer for a National Airline, he has moved to many different senior positions in the industry. He has won awards for his work in Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing. With over 38 years experience working with International Airlines, MRO’s, Training Schools and Civil Aviation Authorities, his unique skills and his practical approach to building and problem solving have made him well respected in the industry.

Rob brings with him a network of like minded aviation professionals that enable Aviation Project Managers to offer their clients a broad spectrum of services.
